Any transcript made from an audio or video recording may be sworn and certified by an official professional. Recordings of conference proceedings and press conferences, television or radio broadcasts, authorised telephone interceptions, statements, video clips or any other material that needs to acquire official status and legal effect may be sworn, even if transcribed in Italian only, by means of the "oath of transcription" record provided for by the Court. A sworn transcript may be produced in any civil or criminal hearing or in any judicial proceeding in which it is required.
Transcription
