From this page you can settle the practice's quotation or invoice by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, from any country and at any time. Payment takes place on a secure page operated by Stripe, the same system used by the leading international platforms: card details never pass through our site and are not stored by the practice. You receive the receipt by e-mail at once and we receive confirmation of payment, so your file moves forward without delay.
Card payment
Enter the amount shown on the quotation or invoice, your name and the reference number of your file. The amount is the final one, VAT included.
How it works
- You receive our quotation or invoice with the amount due.
- You click the "Pay now by card" button and enter the exact amount, in euro.
- You give your full name, e-mail address and, in the dedicated field, the number of the quotation or invoice, so that the payment is matched to your file at once. If you are paying on behalf of a company you can add its name and VAT number.
- You pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay from your phone.
- You receive the receipt by e-mail. The invoice is sent by the practice in the usual way.
Who it is for
Card payment is the simplest option for clients abroad who do not hold a euro account: a client in the United States, Australia or South America pays in a few seconds in their own currency, at the exchange rate applied by their bank, without the charges and delays of an international transfer. It also suits clients in Italy who want to close the matter straight away, for instance when a sworn translation is urgent and delivery depends on payment.
Other ways to pay
Bank transfer remains available, using the details given on the quotation and invoice, as does payment at our office by card or in cash within the legal limits, when collecting by appointment at Viale Giulio Cesare 71. For matters handled in stages the quotation states whether a deposit is due at the outset and the balance on delivery: both can be paid from this page by entering the amount due each time.
Security and confidentiality
The payment page is operated by Stripe Payments Europe, an electronic money institution authorised in the European Union and certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for handling card data. The practice receives only confirmation of payment with name, e-mail address and amount: it neither sees nor stores the card number. Transactions are protected by the strong customer authentication required under European payment services rules, so your bank may ask you to confirm through its app or a code. Personal data are processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay before receiving a quotation?
Preferably not. The amount to enter is the one on the written quotation, which you receive after sending us the document through the quote request form, by e-mail or on WhatsApp. A payment made without a quotation is recorded in any event and, if the amount does not match, the practice adjusts or refunds the difference.
Can I pay in a currency other than the euro?
The amount is entered in euro, the currency of the quotation. Your card is charged in the currency of your account at the exchange rate applied by the issuing bank, with no additional charge from us.
Is the Stripe receipt an invoice?
No. The receipt confirms payment. The invoice is issued by the practice with the details you provided with the quotation and sent to you by e-mail, or through the Italian electronic invoicing system if you hold an Italian VAT number.
What if I enter the wrong amount?
Write to us quoting the number of the quotation. If you paid too much, we refund the difference to the same card. If you paid too little, we send you a link for the balance.
Is there a surcharge for paying by card?
No. The amount on the quotation is the same whichever method of payment you choose. The service fees are borne by the practice.
Don't have a quotation yet?
Send us a scan of the document and tell us which authority it is for: you receive a written quotation within one working day, with the amount to pay from this page.
